家庭儿童护理提供者试点计划和家庭支持工作者试点计划是为期5年的试点计划，允许符合条件的护理人员及其家庭成员来加拿大，目标是成为永久居民。
申请过程根据您拥有的合格工作经验的多少有所不同。
The Home Child Care Provider Pilot and the Home Support Worker Pilot were 5-year pilot programs that let qualified caregivers and their family members come to Canada with the goal of becoming permanent residents.
The application process varied based onhow much qualifying work experience you had.
**合格的工作经验**
合格的工作经验意味着您曾全职从事以下国家职业分类（NOC）工作之一：
Qualifying work experience means you had worked full-time in 1 of theseNational Occupational Classification (NOC) jobs:
- **家庭儿童护理提供者（NOC 44100）**
- 您必须在自己家中或雇主的私人住宅中照顾儿童。
- 该地点不能是类似托儿所的机构环境。
- 您不需要住在雇主家中才能符合条件。
- 作为寄养父母的经验不算作合格经验。
Home child care provider (NOC 44100)
·You must have cared for children in your own home or in your employer’s private home.
oThe location couldn’t be an institutional setting such as a daycare.
·You didn’t need to live in your employer’s home to qualify.
·Experience as a foster parent didn’t count.
- **家庭支持工作者（NOC 44101）**
- 您必须在雇主的私人住宅中照顾需要家庭支持工作者帮助的人。
- 该地点不能是类似养老院的机构环境。
- 您不需要住在雇主家中才能符合条件。
Home support worker (NOC 44101)
·You must have cared for someone who needs help from a home support worker in your employer’s private home.
oThe location couldn’t be an institutional setting such as a nursing home.
·You didn’t need to live in your employer’s home to qualify.
有两个申请类别：
截至2024年6月16日，现在只需6个月的合格工作经验即可申请永久居民资格。
As of June 16, 2024, you now only need6 months of eligible work experience to qualify for permanent residence
- **积累经验类别**
该类别让您作为护理人员获得足够的工作经验，从而有资格申请永久居民。
我们将接受来自加拿大境内或境外的6个月合格工作经验。该经验必须满足以下条件：
- 最早不能早于您提交永久居民申请的3年前。
- 最迟不能晚于您向我们提供工作经验证明的日期。
- 请在获得职业限制开放工签后的3年内向我们提供工作经验证明。

If you applied to the Gaining experience category
We’ll accept 6 months of eligible work experience from within or outside Canada. The experience must be gained
·no earlier than 3 years before you submitted your permanent residence application
·no later than the date you send us proof of work experience
oSend us proof of work experience within 3 years of getting your occupation-restricted open work permit.
If you applied to the Gaining experience category and now have enough eligible work experience,send us proof.
